Support Team
In the support team, you help players in tickets or in a support voice call. In the course of your time in the Support Team you may also get the opportunity to become Admin and provide advanced in-game support . Furthermore you can participate in other teams like Event or PR.
You have to be at least 16 years old
Too many bans or mutes will lead to a rejected application
High Discord activity and experience on Astro.
Bring patience and understanding
You need a working headset or microphone.
Basic knowledge about Ark and discord are fundamental requirements and will be checked
We expect mental maturity
Fluent in English or German

In the PR team, you represent Astro in Public. You have to create Trailers, Videos, Clips, Pictures, Base tours and many more things for the Social-Media-Channels Tiktok, Youtube and Instagram. We are searching for People who have experience in Edit, Design and maybe even Blender. Recording video material is also a part of our work.
You have to be at least 16 years old
Be creative and have ideas for future exciting projects
Knowledge about Edit, Design, Blender

Basic knowledge about ARK, Google Docs and Discord are fundamental requirements

If you fulfill all the basic requirements you can write a proper application, which addresses the following points.
In the development team, new web applications, backend processes, Discord bots, APIs, open-source software, and ARK plugins are developed. In doing so, close collaboration with other teams is required.
The following requirements apply to you:
You must be at least 16 years old.
Good general technical understanding
Experience in one of the following:
Backend framework
Web design (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
Frontend framework
Discord bot development
App development
ARK plugin development
And knowledge of C++, Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
Experience with Git, Github, and Docker
Knowledge of database systems (SQL or document stores)
