If you are banned from our servers due to rule violations, you will not receive a refund of any products.
When you purchase digital items from our store, you accept that if there are any problems with our servers, such as server crashes, downtime, rollbacks, DDoS attacks or the like, you are not entitled to any compensation or refund. We do our best to avoid such problems, however, some things are beyond our control, for example DDOS attacks.
Please note that we may take the servers offline indefinitely or permanently at any time, in which case no refunds will be given for purchased products.
